OWNERS:

1. Notice administration coordinator Silvia Linares Tel 01 (998) 8497270 your personnel is coming to the marina to perform work on your boat and provide all your personnels information and reason for the visit.

2. Provide full data to administration your temporary (s) or full time employee (s) information such as: identification, address and phone number.

3. Indicate the position and duties to be performed by each employee as well as their level of responsibility in the boat.

4. The time spent in the Navy for employees (captains or sailors) permanent or temporary are 8 am to 8 pm, allowing the entrance to the marina outside these hours only with prior authorization from the owner or person responsible immediately to the administration.

5. Homeowners may use their boat in the hours they want. If anyone needs to use the boat between the hours of 7:00 pm and 6:00 am, the information needs to be sent prior the usage to administration. If the boat is used between those hours and no information has been delivered to administration, all information needs to be given to the surveillance personnel in duty (hours or days of the boat). This procedure is to take action if rescue measures need to be taken.

6. It is forbidden to leave trailers overnight on the street, it must be within the field of marine.

7. In case of not having hired a dry dock for your boat (boat and trailer) and for some reason a trailer is brought to the marina, the usage of dry dock will be charged daily and is subject to space availability.


8. Give notice to Silvia Linares (administration coordinator) when requiring the use of your boat out of the marina for any reason, indicating departure date, so as to generate the output pass for surveillance, this requires the letter of payment of stay and / or services by the marina.

9. - Any ship repair work will have to request permission from the administration since major repairs within the marina facilities are not allowed.

10. - It is forbidden to work on any vessel after hours for providers (9 am to 7 pm).

11. - It is forbidden to any employee (captain or sailor) of any boat to come or sleep on a boat after hours for employees, only in case of emergency or with prior approval by the owner or person in charge immediately.

12. In case of applying oil change to a boat by an employee, he will have to take it the boat himself, or possibly hire a company that is dedicated to collect oil that will have to wear the same day oil change therefore a scheduling the oil change is necessary.

13. - It needs to be cleared with management whether another person can use your boat or give advance notice when a guest or client of yours is going to use it.

14. - We require a copy of your boats documentation (invoice, temporary import permit or registration issued by final and harbor master for your records).

15. - We require a copy of the owner's documentation: official identification, proof of address, phone and e-mail so we can reach you.

16. We require a signed contract from the marinas administration
.

17. - For new customers we require one month’s deposit in advance to secure your boats stay, which will be returned  30 days after the contract is terminated and after no debt to the marina is cleared.
